Nikolaos Kladis is an experienced project manager with long-standing involvement in European and national funded programmes. Since 2004, he has supported research organisations, NGOs, SMEs and public bodies in the preparation and implementation of funded projects, including proposal development, budget planning, partnership coordination and project delivery. His academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, and his broad project experience helps connect research activities with funding and implementation requirements. He currently works at the Integrated Hydrogen Laboratory (H2Lab) of the National Centre for Scientific Research “Demokritos”, supporting the management and implementation of European funded projects. He contributes to project coordination and administrative support, with emphasis on compliance with funding requirements, project planning, reporting processes, and cooperation with project partners and stakeholders. His recent work includes support in the CALIPSO project under the European Defence Fund.
