Development of an Autonomous RES-driven Hydrogen Refueling Station (HRS)
The H2TRANS project is developing the first hydrogen fuel refueling station in Greece. The final facility will consist of four basic elements:
Moreover, light duty H2 FC vehicles developed within the project (2 scooters, 1 utility cart) will be tested at real environment.
H2TRANS aims to contribute to goals such as the introduction of clean transport to improve quality of life and raising public awareness on hydrogen technologies. It will promote the dissemination of knowledge and best practices for the development of green hydrogen refueling stations (HRS) where hydrogen is produced from RES (PVs). It will also gather valuable experience in the design, installation and operation of safety systems, control systems and monitoring of hydrogen networks.
