Kostas Blekos is a postdoctoral researcher in quantum information technologies and machine learning. He received his Theoretical and Computational Physics degree and Ph.D. from the Physics Department of University of Patras. He has many years of working experience as a collaborating researcher in quantum technologies, numerical simulations and artificial intelligence methods in physical sciences.

His general and research interests include: * AI in physical sciences * Machine Learning and Computer Vision. * Nanomaterials and applications. * Quantum information, computing and complexity. As a Research Associate at SRISL since January 2021, his research is on nanoinfomatics and the development of computational tools for safe-by-design nanomaterials.
